My next works

Journal Entry: Fri May 16, 2008, 3:21 PM
Wow, even I'm shocked I remembered to update on here. Anyway, I'm working a sci-fi/fantasy story project that I'm really enjoying right now. We're working together on it so I have high hopes this won't end up like so many others where I simply lose interest and walk away. Anyway, I'm working full time so I'll try and keep moving forward as much as I can. Not much of an update really but just letting anyone who reads this know I'm always up for a project partner cause it helps keep me focused since I lose interest so easily.

Well, I'll be glad to talk to you when you get back from your tour of duty. As for the .50, I'll have to try it out. It might be a bit much for me but if It's a cannon, it might be fun just to stick to on the range.
~VashSystems:iconVashSystems: Jun 16, 2006, 7:11:46 AM
tis true! but I was trained as a sniper so thats what i do  for close combat a pistol grip style shotgun works nicely sling it behind you and they don't see it but yeah .45 is nice and am now adapting to the new .50 that is becoming so popular :XD: its is a hand cannon!

And my scythe is my best due to the time and real life training in fights I've had. You'd be surprised how many sticks can be used like a scythe that you'd find in nature. Plus, I always found the advantages in deadlocks with swords end in my advantage since I don't have to force my opponent back, I could potentially kill him while his weapon and focus are attached to trying to overpower me.

As for specific pistols, the simple 9mm or .45 are my standard choice. Of course, most people in modern day are actually more susceptible to close range attacks since they're constantly looking in the distance for the sniper or gun wielding attacker.

I learned the Japanese swords first so i am a bit better at them than others due to the duration of time i have used them. I like a good .45 for a hand gun, and either an MP5 or AR-10 (7.62mm). But sniping is my specialty.

Though, as an afterthought, I must add though I can use them well, I abhor guns. I feel they're a cowards weapon. I'm not calling anyone names but it is merely the feeling of respect for killing someone must be there. Of course, this is just one humble man's opinion.

Everyon rants on and on about the Japanese swords....it's enough to drive a person mad! I know they're impressive but there are more options out there. In guns, the versatility of the pistol is my favorite second only to a rifle in single fire. I can't control my breathing well enough for a sniper rifle.

personaly i perfer sniper rifles due to my training and profession, but a katana/ wakizashi(sp?) works well, light weight and razor sharp and the wakizashi can bu dual weld if wanted. Though they just let me carry my combat knife when in the field so i have grown quite deft at using it.

Yeah, though, I'm curious what your preferred weapon is. Mine, is the pole scythe. It's flexibility works very well for a larger individual like me.
